New Wave Workshop: Teleserv

Members of the Rising Tide team met with Teleserv to talk about digital and mobile channels for customer engagement, as well as handling customer concerns online.

Head of Marketing Nicai de Guzman, Head of Connectivity Johdel Ocampo, and Business Development Manager Raph Valenzuela conducted a short talk about emerging platforms and best practices for customer engagement with the Teleserv social media team for the Manila Water account.
